TERRITORY & TASTE.
At the very heart of Europe, there is a small region acting as a natural border between Italy, France and Switzerland. 80% of its territory is above 1,500 m of altitude. Aosta Valley is a gem of nature, culture and culinary traditions, an oasis surrounded by 4 giants above 4,000 m: Mt Blanc, the Matterhorn, Monte Rosa and Grand Paradiso.

From high-altitude pastures to vineyards, from aromatic herbs to meats and pastries, Alpi e Sapori gathers together the very best food and wine artisans of the region – all boasting a traditional know-how and advanced technologies.
ALPE
Genepy, Spirits, herbal liquors, fruit distillates.
For 60 years, the Calvetti family has been producing traditional liqueurs and spirits of the Aosta Valley. The process of distillation follows the traditions of ancient local distillers and preserves the fragrance of the precious alpine herbs of which the liqueurs are made.
MAISON BERTOLIN
Arnad Lard with PDO, cured meats and cold cuts, bacon and walnut oil.
Traditional recipes and quality raw materials are key to these unique and genuine products. The Maison Bertolin, benchmark for the local gastronomy, personally follows the whole production chain up to its distribution.
ALPINTAVOLA - ALPENZU
Fondue, pasta sauces and ragu, dips for cheeses and meats, jams and canned fruits.
From ancient local recipes come these traditional and natural products, without preservatives or colorants. A detailed and expert craftsmanship that aims at high-quality products from a family-run cuisine.
CAVE ONZE COMMUNES
Great wines of Aosta Valley with a PDO.
These wines come from 60 hectares of vineyards in the centre of Aosta Valley but also from the passion of artisans of mountain lands. Thanks to a reduced use of pesticides and chemical fertilizers, these grapes are able to reach their maturation stage in a natural way and can therefore make superior quality wines.

Aostan tegole, baci di dama biscuits, chestnut shortbread, butter torcetti: ancient patisserie recipes come to life thanks to the passion of Tegoleria and the use of selected raw materials and no preservatives. Bakery and pastry products of fine quality for any time of the day.
FROMAGERIE HAUT
VAL D’AYAS
Fontina with PDO, Fresh and Aged Cheeses with PDO, milk, butter, yogurt and organic products.
Once upon a time, there was the local dairy. Today, there is the Fromagerie of Brusson, a synonym for excellence in the production of local dairy products. Around fifty breeders for a production of 2.5 million liters of milk coming from native cows, raised according to organic farming.
